Genre and what to do:
Time management game. The main character of the game, Ivy, has a good luck on her side. She became the sole owner of a large estate of farming land. Help Evy to manage the newly inherited farm. The main goal stays the same as in all games of such genre: you are to meet a set number of objectives, given minimum recourses. At first you will be working with soil, generating enough of loot and wood to expand your holdings, hiring new employees, upgrading everything with new structures, etc. The game provides you with some financial options, due to which a player is required to stay competitive with each passing day's market prices. And it is not an easy task, I would say. Missions are rather large, and take more time to complete than you would expect. With the game's progress you earn money, which can be spent buying the upgrades, hiring new employees, etc.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Orchard is an exciting game, which displays brightly-colored 2 D graphics and suitable sound system. The negative feature of the game.s graphics is the representation of the interface. You.ll be a bit disappointed by it. The game is full of nicely represented animated cartoon figures. The game provides you with a detailed tutorial, which makes the rule easy to learn. So, you won.t have any difficulties playing the game. Overall, it is a nice game which has both some positive as well as minor negative features.
