Time management game. Welcome to Airport Mania: First Flight that offers you to assume the role of air traffic controller and organize uninterrupted and safe work of 8 original airports from all over the globe. You begin playing from Air Traffic Controller Academy, where you learn how to land, unload, load, repair, refuel and take off planes. Sequence of moves is the following: when plane arrears on the screen you need to click on it to mark then click on runway to land it, after that you direct the plane to a free gate for unload/load or to the parking. You need to repair or refuel the plane, if necessary; all the requirements you see in the balloon above the plane. Everything must be done quickly because there is special bar that shows plane happiness level; if the bar drops down the plane goes to another airport and you get money penalty. On completion all the required actions you need to click on runway again, so the plane may take off. The task is to reach or exceed daily goal in order to proceed to the next day (there are 4 gradations of score, up to supreme). You may increase your score by making combos - match color of plane with gates, or land several planes on the same runway before green arrows disappear, or make take off of several planes on the same runway before green arrows disappear. You earn money for successful game play, which may be spent on buying upgrades for your airport, namely new layover spaces, new gates, upgrades for gates, painting layover spaces, in-flight movies and turbo twin airliners.

Airport Mania: First Flight is the captivating time management game that features colorful detailed graphics, rich sound effects and original instrumental music. Each airport looks original and is connected thematically with music; I mean, for example, if there is a beautiful beach in the location, music suits perfectly to the place and helps to create unique in-game atmosphere. The planes look cartoonish and funny that rise general positive impression of the game. But my heart was won by presence of various details and innovative twists, which I am going to describe much precisely. First of all, it is emergency cases that make you act quickly, namely transportation of organ transplants, a woman in labor and more. Another interesting twist is a helicopter that appears periodically on the screen and drops bonuses. As for upgrades, I would like to point out, painting layover spaces, where you may paint the plane, so it will match the color of gate; you may also buy and show movies to passengers during flight, thus increasing level of happiness. There is also a trophy room, where you may see the achieved awards; more than that, you may make a picture of your awards and show it to friends. And finally, when you complete the game, it is not the end since you unlock the secret paper planes mode. All in all, despite of absence of storyline, Airport Mania: First Flight is the worth-playing game due to interesting game concept and plenty of new twist that were mentioned above.
