Shooter. RIP 3: The Last Hero is the third release of famous Rip series that transfers you in future where the ruthless Dictator has subdued the Earth and has turned people into slaves. As soon as scientists discover a hidden portal to the enigmatic Sorcery World, the idea to seize the Sorcery World and its magic power gives no rest to the Dictator. But the first invasion has failed and numerous bloodthirsty creatures have gained access to our world threatening to plunge it into darkness and horror. They must be stop immediately! Three mortals from the Earth rebellions and three immortals from the Sorcery World dare to fight with the evil. One of them is you, a brave hero! Choose one of six characters and begin thrilling adventure through 100 intense levels, where herds of cyborgs, monsters and robots are waiting for you. There is wide range of deadly weapons to your disposal so you have everything to let the enemies regret being on your way. Do you accept the challenge to defeat the Dictator and close the ill-fated portal forever?  

RIP 3: The Last Hero is an intense shooter with solid storyline that features bright detailed graphics, modern electronic music and diverse sound effects. The storyline begins with captivating introduction and continues with short insertions between levels. Unfortunately it is just text blocks with no animation or comics. As for graphics, it is well done; locations, vehicles, structures and cyborgs look decent though some creatures are so tiny that it is difficult to differentiate whether it is a pig or a dog or something else. Another dubious moment of the game is quantity of blood; it seems that the designers have some problems with it since the ground is covered completely with puddles of blood at the end of some levels. The highlight of the game is Hot Seat Mode which allows you to play together with a friend on the same computer. Another positive feature is the possibility to enter turrets, tanks and even helicopters. You also can improve your skills; as you earn the required number of points you improve one of your skills. All-in-all, RIP 3: The Last Hero is decent game with numerous intense levels, wide range of enemies and weapons. I recommend it to all fans of this genre.
