Hidden object game. According to the game storyline, you, as the main character, inherit a home in Carmel, California, from your Aunt Beatrice. The home needs some work to be done, and you are to find money for this. The player decides to sell off the great aunt.s things through yard sales. There are three types of the gameplay mixed: seek-and-find, puzzles and The Sims-like room-decorator. At the beginning you are to go through each room and collect a number of items for the yard sales. There are plenty of objects to find in a messy room. You are given a list of objects you are to find. After you finish collecting all the items required, you can sell them on the yard sale. You can use hints, when you experience some difficulties. If you click incorrectly too many times some time will be taken off the clock. After this you should sell the necessary thing to a certain customer, matching a character with the correct item. Besides, you can decorate a room in the home, selecting varied designs, using money earned in the yard sale.
